“Rhodium® Undershirt II” soft armor vest is designed to provide both maximum level IIIA protection according to NIJ 0101.06 STD and protection against blades & knives, providing full torso protection while ensuring high concealment even when used under a shirt.
Tested under the harsh and demanding conditions of the NIJ 0101.06 STD, “Rhodium® SP.3A.303” soft armor panel was found to comply with the requirements of level IIIA and also found to provide protection not only from multiple threats such as the 7.62X25mm TOKAREV, 9X18mm Mild Steel Core MAKAROV and the 9x19mm HP ACTION 4 calibers but also from sharp-edged instruments too, such as the S1/G blade, with a maximum perforation of less than 12mm at a force of 33 Joules according to the NIJ 0115.00 STD.
The unique combination of THERMOCOOL™ and COOLMAX® fabrics results in a lightweight end-product that features antibacterial and temperature regulation properties, thus enabling increased air circulation to eliminate moisture and fungus growth.
The ballistic panels are secured within internal pockets, and the carrier has a side opening system with two low detection zippers, one on each side, that allow quick and easy donning/doffing for maximum functionality and comfort.

It is designed to imitate an ordinary suit vest. It is worn over the head and securely closes at the back using hook & loop tapes, per MIL-SPEC F AA-55126B requirements.
“Rhodium® VIP I” tuxedo vest iprovides coverage at the front, the back, the neck bones and the waist, with a minimum overlapping of 5 cm at the sides.
